If you need constant direction, this role will feel overwhelming.The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Relations & Operations Coordinator who can step in and take ownership of client service and operational workflows.In this role, you will provide high-quality support to financial advisors, their clients, and internal team members.This is not a passive administrative position. You will be responsible for keeping things moving, following up without being asked, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks while staying highly organized and client-focused.What This Role Really RequiresThis role works best for someone who is:High ownership – you do not wait to be told what to doProcess-driven – you like checklists, tracking tasks, and closing loopsDetail-oriented – documents, forms, and follow-ups matter to youComfortable with people – on the phone, in person, and over emailFast-moving – you can handle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmedEmotionally intelligent – you can read situations and respond appropriatelyKey ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for client requests and follow-upsAssist with account openings, transfers, and maintenance (training provided)Coordinate client meetings, paperwork, and timelinesTrack and manage multiple tasks across different workflowsEnsure all documentation is accurate and completeSupport advisors with ongoing client needsFollow through on tasks from start to finish without constant oversightPreferred BackgroundPrior wealth management experience is a plus, but not required. Notary status is also a plus, but not required.We can teach the technical side of the role.
