Field Nurse Practitioner
The Nurse Practitioner provides primary and preventive care in diverse settings such asin-home, community, and nursing facilities, focusing on adult, women’s, pediatric, and geriatric populations.Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, managing chronic and acute conditions,ordering diagnostics, developing care plans, and coordinating post-discharge care.They perform face-to-face visits, including pop-up clinics, and may provide medications and proceduresunder supervision. The role involves regional travel,collaboration with colleagues, and participation in community outreach.Requirements include active licensure, national certification, DEA registration, BLS, andability to work independently in various settings. Preferred experience includeshome health and working with underserved populations.
