The wine cellar and tasting room are located on a property adjacent to the Fort Collins brewery. Always Better.POSITION SUMMARYThe responsibilities of a Graphic Design & Media Specialist include transforming ideas into visually engaging content across digital and print platforms for both Odell Brewing and The OBC Wine Project. From concept development to final execution, this position will collaborate with sales, taproom, and product and content teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with business goals. This is a full-time position that will work closely with our Sr. Graphic Designer and report directly to the Sr. Marketing Manager.This position is located and will work on-site at our Fort Collins brewery.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSDesign and produce digital and print materials for use as point-of-sale assets, social media graphics, apparel, presentationsDigital platform management including wordpress websites, MailChimp and SMSCollaborate with stakeholders, such as taproom and sales teams, to understand project objectives and translate them into effective visual and digital solutionsMaintain brand consistency across all creative assets and multiple channelsPrepare and optimize files for print production, digital asset management, and digital publishingManage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detailStay current with design trends, tools and best practices to continuously elevate creative outputParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to shape and enhance a wide variety of marketing initiatives, including package designCreate and cultivate an inclusive environment for co-workers, guests, and the community.Support additional initiatives as neededEXPERIENCE/SKILLS*Must provide a design portfolio as part of the application process2 years of experience in a Graphic Design focused roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesignPreferred proficiency in Canva, WordPress, digital asset management systems, MailChimp, or similarAn aptitude for detail with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsResourceful, proactive and self-drivenConceptual thinker and strong work ethicExcellent organization and communication skillsKnowledge of photography and photo editing skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environmentMust be collaborative and a team playerProactive attitude with an eagerness to learnWillingness to do what it takes to make the work/project greatPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSNote: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
