Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities.Job Description:You will help maximize the physical readiness and long-term health of fighter aircrew by addressing musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, particularly related to neck and back pain caused by flight demands. As a multidisciplinary team member, you will be an important part of the injury prevention, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation aspects of fighter aircrew.Duties and Responsibilities:-Conduct MSK Evaluations and Interventions.-Design, Implement, and monitor individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.-Order Imaging, Labs, and Specialist consultations as needed.-Documentation of work performed in approved electronic record systems.-Educate Aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies.-Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.-Other related duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:-Doctor of Physical Therapy from CAPTE-accredited program.-3+ years' experience as a PT in Collegiate, Professional, Olympic, Tactical (military), Aerospace industry, or similar environment supporting man-machine high-performance. Experience must include recency within the last 2 years.-Current (or ability to obtain prior to start date) healthcare provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.-Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation)-Must be a U.S. citizenPreferred Qualifications:-5+ years' experience as a PT in Collegiate, Professional, Olympic, Tactical (military), Aerospace industry, or similar environment supporting man-machine high-performance.
