Patches holes, installs escutcheons, repairs ceiling and floor tile as needed to maintain building appearance.+ Makes minor masonry and wood repairs+ Installs pictures, coat hooks, other wall hung furnishings, and equipment as requested.+ Performs preventive maintenance activities, responds to customer complaints, and repairs equipment.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**+ A high school diploma or equivalent.+ Minimum of 5 years experience in building maintenance.+ Working knowledge in their area of competency of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, Plant operations, structural, or general carpentry.+ May require a valid Georgia driver's license and insurable driving record.+ Some positions within this classification may require the ability to lift 50 pounds and to bend, stoop, and twist.**Additional Details**Emory is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by state or federal law.Emory Healthcare is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities upon request.
