The Logistics Analyst will play a critical role in generating, analyzing, and managing logistics product data throughout the system life cycle, ensuring operational readiness, reliability, maintainability, and affordability of complex weapon systems and military equipment. Working closely with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, training, and program management teams, the successful candidate will support Integrated Product Support (IPS), Product Support Analysis (PSA), Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) initiatives, and the development of sustainment strategies that optimize lifecycle performance and supportability. Role Description The Logistics Analyst / Integrated Product Support (IPS) Specialist will support defense systems programs by planning, analyzing, and coordinating product support activities across the system life cycle. This full-time, on-site role in King George, VA includes collecting and interpreting logistics data, tracking key performance indicators, and preparing reports to inform program decisions. The specialist will help develop and maintain inventory control processes, monitor material availability, and coordinate with engineering, suppliers, and program management to resolve logistics issues. Daily responsibilities include maintaining logistics documentation, assisting with provisioning and sustainment planning, and supporting risk assessments related to supply, maintenance, and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant logistics support for complex defense platforms. Fully remote/telework with occasional travel to test sites or our Prime contractors in other states. Flex time is standard for all employees.Pay between $90k-$164k depending on quals and exp.Benefits and Policies (not exclusive)Every hour worked is paid.· Pay is issued twice per month, on the 8th and 23rd, for a total of 24 times per year.· Note that fewer than full-time hours can be worked as desired for any reason.· Additional hours can also be worked as desired and allowed by the program supported and company finances. Note that rate is the same as the hourly rate per hour.· Actual hours worked (including PTO and holidays) are paid per pay period.Fringe benefits include:· 11 paid holidays (88 hours total). The total holiday hours is provided on the first day of hire (based on remaining holidays in the calendar year).· Additional 12 days (96 hours total) paid time off (PTO) per year. The total hours of PTO is provided on the first day of hire (based on calendar months remaining after hire date). PTO remaining in December is paid at the end of the month and does not carry over. The total PTO hours (96 hours) is reset on Jan 1.· $5250 per year maximum towards college cost (including college debt disbursed to you (tax free) amortized per pay period). This value is provided yearly by the IRS.· Full coverage for medical, dental, and vision premiums.· Up to a maximum matching of 5% 401k contribution of actual earnings with no wait period on vesting. Maximum contribution limits are provided yearly by the IRS.· 6% bonus of your earned salary, based on both employee performance and the health of the company. Pay outs may occur multiple times a year. These are considered income and taxable. Additional bonuses will be considered depending on the health of the company.Note that fringe benefits are provided for employees working more than 20 hours per week. Fringe benefits for a work schedule that is less than 20 hours per week will be negotiated as needed. Additional fringe benefits may be added as the company grows.You will be provided a company laptop and iPhone. These are few in occurrence.Qualifications MUST BE A US CITIZEN FOR THIS DoW CONTRACTOR POSITIONThe ideal candidate will perform logistics and supportability analyses across system development phases, including maintenance planning, provisioning, supply support, transportability, manpower and training assessments, support equipment analysis, and lifecycle logistics planning. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining logistics product data, conducting task and failure analyses, supporting provisioning and technical documentation efforts, evaluating support system trade-offs, and ensuring compliance with applicable defense logistics standards and customer requirements. Candidates should be experienced in analyzing maintenance concepts, logistics footprints, readiness metrics, repair-cycle considerations, and sustainment resource requirements for highly technical defense platforms. Qualified applicants should possess experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition or sustainment programs, with knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Product Support Analysis, provisioning, maintenance engineering, and logistics data management. Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required, along with the ability to translate engineering and operational requirements into actionable support solutions. Experience with logistics product data standards, reliability and maintainability analysis, technical data development, and lifecycle sustainment planning is highly desirable.
