Senior Care Market Partner
Compass Place is a free mobile app that helps families navigate senior living decisions privately, transparently, and without sales pressure. We match families to communities based on actual care fit - not who paid for top placement. We're building a network of local market partners in select cities and looking for senior care professionals who want to add a meaningful, revenue-generating tool to their existing practice. This is not a traditional job. We're looking for entrepreneurs - people already working in the senior care space who understand the local community landscape, have relationships with families and professionals, and want to be part of building something that fixes a genuinely broken process. What the role looks like:You continue doing what you already do. When families come to you overwhelmed and unsure where to start, you hand them Compass Place as a structured, neutral starting point. You serve as Louisville's Trail Guide - visiting communities, providing on-the-ground reviews, and being the human face of Compass Place in Louisville. You earn a share of referral revenue on every confirmed placement that originates through your relationship or our app.Who we're looking for:Currently active in senior care - placement advisor, care manager, social worker, discharge planner, or similarStrong knowledge of local assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing communitiesEntrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with variable, performance-based incomeReputation for putting families firstWhat we offer:Referral revenue share on confirmed placementsEquity consideration for the right long-term partnerA platform that makes your existing practice more valuable, not more complicatedGround floor opportunity in a company built for national scaleImportant: Compass Place is an early-stage startup. We're looking for partners who are energized by that, not deterred by it. If you want a guaranteed salary and a corporate structure, this is not the right fit. If you want to own a piece of something being built from the ground up in a $400 billion market, let's talk.
