Bergdorf Goodman is part of Saks Global's portfolio of top luxury retail brands and real estate assets.The Coordinator for Women's 2nd Floor is responsible for providing daily support to the Women's 2nd Floor teams & leaders, internally and externally, by assisting with maintenance of the Boutique, daily operations, and assisting associates with client engagement and appointments.What You Will Do:Be the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes, working in partnership with a dedicated support associate.Plan, accomplish, and communicate daily operational goals with the support associate, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to lead efficiency and clarity.Partner with the Director of Operations to lead preparation for the annual financial inventory, including ongoing audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round inventory accuracy.Build multiple operational projects, including trunk show and collection launch setups, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination following brand and our goals.Support sales and merchandising plans by coordinating important product movementssuch as transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotationsin collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams.Partner with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment needParticipate in meetings with Operations and Selling Managers across Bergdorf Goodman to ensure understanding and support shared team goalsMaintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards that reflect the brand and Bergdorf Goodman's luxury environment.What You Will Bring:3+ years of experience with retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership.Ability to coach and inspire a team.Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 poundsAssociates must be willing to work based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidaysYour Life and Career at Bergdorf Goodman:Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformationExposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporateComprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)An amazing employee discountSalary and Other Benefits: This position is also eligible for [bonus] [long-term incentive compensation awards].
