This position oversees day-to-day execution of Program Operations activities, managing scope, schedule, resources, and performance to ensure high quality deliverables and consistent customer satisfaction.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Manage multiple Program Operations workstreams, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Lead development and maintenance of project management artifacts, including the Project Management Plan, schedules, risk registers, dashboards, and monthly reports. Assemble, manage, and evaluate performance of project teams supporting Program Operations activities. Coordinate execution of Program Operations deliverables across areas such as DUA workflows, stakeholder engagement, training, technical assistance, website updates, dashboards, and program assessments. Ensure effective use of project management tools for task automation, milestone tracking, correspondence tracking, and reporting. Monitor progress against deliverables and performance metrics; proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with NIH communication policies, federal reporting standards, and COR directives. Support preparation and submission of required reports, plans, and documentation associated with program operations.
