This is a high-priority 13-week contract role requiring a compassionate professional who can deliver quality patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:LPN / LVN IA state license2 years of recent experience in an LTC /SNF setting.BLS through AHACOVID cardDuties:Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditionsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansAssist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safetyDocument patient care, progress, and any changes in condition accuratelyCollaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare staff to deliver quality careSkills:Strong clinical skills in patient care within SNF/LTC settingsProficiency in medication administration and treatment proceduresExcellent patient assessment and monitoring abilitiesKnowledge of EMR/EHR documentation systemsEffective communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate approach to geriatric and long-term care patientsTime management and ability to handle multiple patients efficientlyUnderstanding of infection control and patient safety protocolsPlease submit your resume to mahin.shami@medcadre or Call/text .
