We partner with OEMs worldwide to deliver dependable, high-performance components.A Day in the Life On 2nd shift, you'll take precision parts from blueprint to finished component. You'll stage tools, load programs, dial in offsets, verify critical dimensions, and keep production moving safely and smoothly.Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, including keyways for shaft productionSet up and run CNC equipment for drilling, milling, grinding, and turning operationsTranslate drawings into machine-ready dimensions and program/offset adjustmentsMonitor cycle performance and make on-the-fly corrections to maintain qualityInspect parts to confirm accuracy and repeatabilityPerform basic preventive maintenance on assigned machinesWhat You Bring High school diploma or equivalent5+ years of CNC/manufacturing experienceLathe and/or horizontal mill background preferredFluent in reading blueprints, gauges, and keyway specificationsKeen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesComfort working independently and collaborativelyReliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentProficiencies CNC ToolingCNC Machine Setup & ChangeoverPrecision Measurement & Hand MetrologyAdvanced Inspection & Gauge MeasurementSchedule 2nd ShiftCompensation Note Pay will be determined by the employer based on your qualifications, experience, education, skills, training, certifications, and seniority.
