JOB TITLE: Program Developer Supervisor: Systems Administrator Employment Status: Full-time, Exempt, Non-Supervisory, Non-Remote Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 DOE Administrative medical, dental, vision package Administrative PTO accrual 401K matching Position Summary: The Salesforce Program Developer is responsible for understanding, identifying, and developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform for improved utilization by various departments within the Rever Grand administrative office. This position demonstrates expert comprehension of the Salesforce system as it relates to company business, including the underlying program infrastructure and associated data models. The Salesforce Program Developer works to automate the Salesforce software system and integrate across domains, platforms and environments for increased efficiency and functionality of company business. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Analyze, design, develop, test, and assist in the implementation of creative, innovative, and secure software solutions within the Salesforce system. Perform software integration between Salesforce, platforms, and environments. Identify and correct software defects, assist administrative staff users with system capabilities. Perform technical system configuration and identify alternative solutions for software applications. Partner with Salesforce representatives for defect resolution as needed. Independently resolve highly complex issues. Create and develop methods of system automation and subsequent integration with other systems. Collaborate with the Systems Administrator to determine Salesforce CRM needs and goals for continuous improvement of company usage of the platform. Effectively communicate through clear, direct, and respectful communication. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, including use of Apex, SOQL, Aura components, and Lightning Web components. Expertise in organizationally accepted programming, scripting, markup languages, and frameworks (e.g., Java, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, T-SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Angular, ReactJS, ASP.NET, Python). Expertise in the usage of tools used for software development (e.g., Visual Studio, Chrome Developer Tools, SQL ServerManagement Studio). Superb knowledge of the principles and patterns of system design (e.g., MVC, CQRS). Strong skills in testing patterns (e.g., unit testing, inversion of control, dependency injection). Expert in data analysis, test design, and test automation focusing on functional, security, and performance. Expert in the development of web services (e.g., SOAP and REST). Strong skills in the use of code repository tools such as SVN and GitHub. Excellent skills in the use of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and source code management. Strong understanding of secure coding techniques and best practices. Strong understanding of web application architecture. Strong understanding of the software development process. Proven understanding of organizationally accepted technology standards. Strong understanding of software development in a multi-platform environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering. Valid Salesforce certification credentials – Platform Developer 1 or 2. Five or more years of experience working with Salesforce, particularly the Lightning components. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Limited periods of standing, walking, reaching, stretching may be required. Frequent communication verbally and electronically. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
