The primary role of the warehouse supervisor is be to maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory as directed by the Materials Manager by implementing, following, enforcing inventory control practices and procedures. Leading your team of material handlers with Bucher’s core values as standard practices.Your tasks:Conduct daily inventory cycle counts and cycle reconciliationDaily consolidation of materials, review inventory reports, maintain product ID and perform audits as neededConduct daily/monthly/annually auditsRoot cause inventory discrepanciesManaging flow of supplies while advising process improvementsMaintain clean, organized with 5SIdentify opportunities for improvement within the department’s processAttend training sessions to continue professional growth and developmentYour profile:High school diploma or GEDPrior experience in receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferredBasic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systemsAbility to read and interpret shipping documentation and labelsStrong attention to detail and accuracy
