System Administrator

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• You will be responsible for the operation of online services within the healthcare sector, collaborating closely with product management and development.• You will ensure the stable and secure operation of services, monitor our system landscape, and coordinate deployed components and data center services.• With a strong focus on quality, you will ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify risks early, and independently initiate appropriate measures.• You will identify automation potential and develop sustainable solutions to optimize processes and operational workflows.• As a communicative team player, you will support internal and external customers through 3rd level support and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.What You'll Need• A completed IT education, such as IT system electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration, IT system administrator, or an equivalent qualification.• Several years of professional experience in system administration.
