Kitchen Lead

Job Summary As a Kitchen Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring quality food preparation, adherence to food safety standards, and efficient service delivery. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and ability to grow within the organization. Responsibilities - Ensure cleanliness and maintain a positive environment - Supervise food preparation and cooking processes - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Develop and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team - Monitor kitchen equipment and schedule maintenance as required Skills - Proficiency in inventory control and management - Experience in kitchen management and culinary operations - Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate kitchen staff - Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations - Ability to manage shifts effectively and maintain high-quality service - Familiarity with dietary department operations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Shift: Day shift Evening shift License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Sherwood, OR 97140: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
