Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and maintain a positive environment
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team
- Monitor kitchen equipment and schedule maintenance as required

- Proficiency in inventory control and management
- Experience in kitchen management and culinary operations
