Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: Boca Raton, FLSalary Range: $50,000-65,000About the Opportunity:Be part of an organization that operates on an international scale, supporting large, complex government programs.Beautiful corporate office in the heart of Boca Raton, FL!Opportunity to work with enterprise-level financial systems and high-volume transaction environments.Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate mannerExecute payments via ACH, check, wire transfer, and credit cardSet up and maintain vendor profilesReconcile accounts and resolve discrepanciesProcess commissions and payments to contractorsSupport the month-end close processAccounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:3–5+ years of experience in Accounts PayableBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred)Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is a plusStrong communication skills and a self-motivated work ethicProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functionsExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systems#INMAR2026#ZRCFS
