What You Will Do
Lead Salesforce‑based analytics to strengthen pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and commercial transparency.
Build, enhance, and standardize Salesforce dashboards and reports that track pipeline health, win rates, pricing behavior, and deal‑level margins.
Integrate Salesforce opportunity and booking data with ERP and FP&A systems to create a consistent and reliable view of commercial performance.
Analyze deal‑level economics using Salesforce and ERP data to guide pricing discipline and support negotiations with Sales.
Monitor pricing leakage, discount trends, and margin variability by leveraging structured Salesforce data and automated reporting.
Evaluate customer, product, and channel profitability using data from Salesforce and manufacturing cost drivers.
Lead revenue forecasting, backlog analysis, and mix modeling, combining Salesforce data with operational inputs.
Develop scalable data models and visualizations that provide actionable insights for Sales, Commercial Operations, and leadership.
Improve data quality across Salesforce, ERP, and financial systems to strengthen the accuracy and reliability of forecasting and reporting.
Drive continuous improvement by automating KPIs, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing analytical tools used across commercial finance.
Who You Are
Strong experience working with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including building dashboards, reports, and data structures that support commercial insights.
Highly skilled in financial and data analysis, comfortable working with large datasets from Salesforce, ERP, and financial systems.
Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales, Commercial, and Manufacturing leaders.
5–8+ years of experience in commercial finance, sales finance, or FP&A within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth understanding of pricing, deal profitability, and the interplay between cost structure, mix, and market dynamics.
Proactive partner who enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting data‑driven decisions.
Work with accuracy, curiosity, and a continuous‑improvement mindset, especially around data integrity and reporting automation.
Value open communication, inclusive teamwork, and a structured, fact‑based approach to problem‑solving.
