Department: Customer ServiceLocation: NHQCompensation: $16.00 - $18.00 / hourDescriptionCustomer Service Representative (Full-Time)Lee’s Summit, MO Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM $16–$18/hr (based on experience)About the RoleWe’re looking for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable on the phone to join our team in a customer-facing office support role.This position is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in keeping communication clear, handling inquiries, and supporting internal teams with project coordination and paperwork.What You’ll Be DoingServe as the first point of contact for customersHandle inbound and outbound calls (toll-free and direct)Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionallyResolve questions and concernsPerform customer verificationRoute requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate teamTrack and document customer interactions, comments, and concernsMaintain and update customer records and databasesCoordinate with internal departments and employeesSupport project approvals and paperwork processingProcess payments (ACH, credit card, deposits, etc.)Use T-Mobile Dialpad for communicationWhat We’re Looking For1+ years of phone-based customer service or administrative experience1+ years working in a professional office environmentExperience with Microsoft Word and ExcelKey traits:Willing to learnStrong multitaskerClear communication and phone presenceUpbeat and personableBenefitsHealthcare (eligible 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)401K (eligible first of the next quarter after one year of employment)
