The firm is dedicated to providing innovative investment solutions tailored to client needs.Role DescriptionPalmer Square is currently seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Analyst role based in our Kansas City area office. This position will be responsible for the daily operational needs of our Collateralized Loan Obligations and funds, including bond and loan settlements, reconciliations and fund reporting. Minimum Qualifications:1-3 years of professional work experienceUndergraduate or Graduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems or other related business fieldKnowledge of investment operations and fund accounting preferredStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Office productsExperience with Bloomberg AIM and/or IHS Markit loan platform or similar platforms is preferred.Success Factors Include:Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detailIs positive, self-motivated and dependableAbility to multi-task and prioritize projectsDemonstrates strong analytical skillsEffective written and oral communication skillsFlexibility and accountability to meet deadlinesResponsive to feedback as a means of workplace improvement and learning
