Middle School Mentor Coach

A company is looking for a Middle School Mentor Coach for Asia & Oceania. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead learning coach and mentor for a cohort of ~20 middle school learners Facilitate engaging live discussions, workshops, and team challenges via live video Provide personalized feedback and conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with mentor learners Required Qualifications Located in Oceania or Asia Experience working with 4th-8th graders is a plus Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual learning environments Passionate about alternative models of education Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
