Job Description Electrician | $25-33/hr | Day Shift, On-Call as Needed, Direct HireWhat Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $25-33 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, Day ShiftLocation: Albion, NEDirect HireJob DescriptionThe Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across agricultural facilities, including feedlots, swine operations, grain systems, and employee housing. This role ensures reliable electrical service to support daily operations, animal welfare, and facility performance. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in demanding environments. This is a hands-on role with both preventative maintenance and emergency repair responsibilities.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in agricultural and facility environmentsTroubleshoot electrical issues and perform permanent, code-compliant repairsEnsure proper operation of ventilation, heating, feeding, and watering systemsFollow all OSHA, NEC, and company safety procedures including Lockout/TagoutPerform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and support operational efficiencyQualifications and Requirements:3+ years of electrical experience (agricultural or industrial preferred)Knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsJourneyman or Master Electrician license preferred (or equivalent experience)Valid driver's license and ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmentsBenefits and Perks:$25-33 per hourMedical BenefitsHolidaysTraining & GrowthYour New Organization:Our client operates in the agricultural industry, supporting livestock and grain production facilities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and animal welfare.
