The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of labor and employment law experience, with a strong background in Texas employment litigation and counseling.Responsibilities include:Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, and discoveryHandling wage and hour claims (individual & class actions) in court and arbitrationResponding to government investigations and inquiriesAdvising clients on employment-related matters, including policies, manuals, and complianceLitigating in both state and federal courts (trial experience preferred)Requirements:3-4 years of labor & employment law experienceStrong litigation and counseling background in TexasActive Texas Bar membership, in good standingAbility to handle high-volume caseloads with precisionStrong work ethic, proactive, and collaborative team playerJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
