Occupational Therapist Location: Piscataway, NJ Agency: Aequor Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 7 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: Piscataway, New Jersey Pay Rate: Up to: 972.93/Week Start Date: 11/23/2025 to 06/05/2026 Duration: 26 weeks Number of Positions: 1 Shift Type: Days Hours Per Day: 7 Discipline: Occupational Therapist (OT) Specialty: School Schedule: o Meetings may begin as early as 7:30 a.m., with end-of-day IEP meetings concluding no later than 3:30 p.m. Start times may vary between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. depending on the day’s schedule. We anticipate the role requiring approximately 16–18 hours per week, preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. · Caseload: o Approximately 30 K-12 students, including some who receive consultative services only. The entire district is housed under one roof, so no travel is required. · Target Start Date: o We are hoping to have a candidate with school-based experience in place as soon as possible. W e would need to have our Board approve your affiliation agreement on 12/15 in order to start. · Required Documentation: o Act 34: PA State Police Criminal History Record Check o Act 151: PA Child Abuse History Clearance o Act 114: FBI Federal Criminal History Clearance (Use service code 1KG6XN) o Arrest Conviction Report and Certification Form (under Act 24 of 2011 and Act 82 of 2012) o School Personnel Health Record (Physical within 1 year/TB test within 3 months) § We can give the candidate a 30-day grace period for these documents. o Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License o Professional liability insurance certificate
