Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Greater Indianapolis, with some flexibility for remote work. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and stakeholders, managing project teams, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining project documentation. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify and implement process improvements and ensure clear communication across all project phases. Qualifications Project Management and Organizational skills, including planning, risk management, and timeline managementLeadership capabilities, team coordination, and stakeholder communication experienceStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to address challenges and find solutionsProficiency in Project Management Software or ToolsKnowledge of construction or manufacturing processes, especially in concrete-related industries, is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldPMP or other Project Management Certification is preferred but not mandatoryAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid working environment
