Attorney or Senior Paralegal - WealthCounsel Experience

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Attorney or Senior Paralegal with strong WealthCounsel expertise to support our client in optimizing how we utilize the platform. This individual will serve as both a strategic consultant and hands-on contributor, evaluating current usage, streamlining processes, and building scalable workflows.This role will involve conducting a comprehensive review of existing systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and actively implementing solutions within WealthCounsel. The ideal candidate will not only design workflows and best practices but also execute and configure them directly within the system.Additionally, this individual will provide training and guidance to ensure the team can effectively maintain and utilize new workflows moving forward. The goal is to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and establish a strong operational foundation that supports growth.This is a project-based, part-time engagement with flexible and variable hours. The schedule and workload may fluctuate depending on project needs, team availability, and feedback cycles, and is not expected to be full-time on a consistent basis.Attorney (JD) or Senior Paralegal with significant estate planning experienceDemonstrated, hands-on experience with WealthCounsel (required)Strong understanding of estate planning workflows, documentation, and processesExperience auditing, building, and optimizing legal systems, templates, and workflowsAbility to act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on executorProven experience implementing process improvements and scalable solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to train and support legal teamsHighly organized with a focus on efficiency, usability, and scalabilityAbility to work in a flexible, project-based environment with shifting priorities and timelinesRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
