CNC Machine OperatorProduce high-quality machined parts by operating CNC mills and lathes while maintaining strict safety, quality, and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.Machine Operation: Run CNC mills and lathes; perform machine tool adjustments following certified training.Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for defects using calipers, micrometers, gages, optical comparators, and CMM equipment.Documentation: Track production progress and quality data using collection sheets and Microsoft Navision software.Material Handling: Move product using forklifts, tow motors, and pallet jacks; perform deburring and cutting using small hand tools.Collaboration: Work effectively with all departments to meet production goals and follow technical instructions.Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: 2+ years of CNC machine operation; strong mechanical aptitude.Soft Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work as part of a team, and maintain punctuality.Availability: Willingness to work posted hours and overtime as needed.Preferred: Proficiency in reading blueprints and operating tow motors/forklifts.Physical Demands & Environment: Strength: Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
