Senior Manager, Financial Services & Analytics

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Financial Services & Analytics to help power the next phase of growth across our credit card portfolio.In this role, you won't just analyze performance-you'll shape it. Partnering across Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, you'll play a critical role in optimizing portfolio performance, enhancing customer value, and influencing enterprise strategy. Our headquarters is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and the ideal candidate will be located in or near the Atlanta area to support in-person collaboration and leadership presence.What You'll DoSupport P&L management across revenue streams including interchange, billing, and fee incomeDrive strategies to improve acquisition, activation, usage, and retentionMonitor performance and recommend actions to optimize risk-adjusted returnsContribute to pricing, credit line strategy, and promotional programsBuild and evolve segmentation, profitability, and lifetime value modelsTurn complex data into clear, actionable strategiesLead test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, champion/challenger)Develop dashboards and KPIs that inform executive decision-makingPartner with Finance and Treasury to optimize payment flows and liquidityImprove transaction lifecycle performance (authorization, fraud, chargebacks)Identify opportunities to increase payment acceptance and reduce lossesEvaluate billing, interchange, and cost-of-funds optimizationOptimize the end-to-end customer journey-from acquisition to retentionDrive engagement strategies and digital/card-on-file adoptionIdentify attrition risks and implement proactive retention strategiesPartner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and growth strategyWork with Technology to enhance data infrastructure and reportingSupport relationships with banks, networks (Visa/Mastercard), and key partnerWhat You'll Bring8+ years of experience in payments, financial analytics, or portfolio managementStrong expertise in pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and P&L supportAdvanced analytical skills (SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools)Proven ability to translate data into business impactExperience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant fieldExceptional communication skills with executive presenceExperience in fintech, banking, or credit unionsMBA, CFA, or advanced quantitative degreeKnowledge of regulatory compliance and risk modeling frameworksOutstanding Medical/Dental/VisionEducation/Training ReimbursementOn-Site Education CoursesFlexible Spending AccountHealth/Wellness ReimbursementExcellent Life and AD&D insurancePaid Time Off: Eligible to begin accrual from date of hire; accrual amount based on years of service.
