W2 Contract - Java Fullstack Developer (Spotify Backstage & Angular)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Java Fullstack Developer experienced with Spotify Backstage and Angular to help build and maintain the client's Internal Developer Portal. You will work on connecting backend Java microservices with Backstage and Angular frontends to simplify software delivery and developer workflows.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain developer platform capabilities using Spotify Backstage.Build scalable backend microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.Build and integrate UI components using Angular and React/TypeScript (for Backstage plugins).Create Backstage software templates to automate project setup and CI/CD integrations.Integrate Backstage with tools like GitHub/GitLab, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and Jira.Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.RequirementsBackstage: Hands-on experience with Spotify Backstage (Software Catalog, Templates, Plugins).Backend: Strong expertise in Java (11/17+), Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.Frontend: Solid experience in Angular (12+) and working knowledge of React/TypeScript for Backstage UI customization.DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.General: Good problem-solving abilities and communication skills
