Mortgage Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Mortgage Operations Specialist to manage loan opening duties and support the Senior VP of Lending. Key Responsibilities: Review loan files for accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations Coordinate documentation and communications among borrowers, agents, and third parties throughout the loan process Facilitate timely loan closings and conduct post-closing outreach to ensure borrower satisfaction Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of 4 years of residential mortgage/industry experience Experience with RESPA regulations and Encompass software Familiarity with mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including Regulation Z and Regulation B Proficient in Microsoft Office & Windows, as well as DU and LP systems
