This role serves as the primary point of contact for ERP administration, production system support, network and server management, end-user support, cybersecurity, and technology improvement initiatives across the organization.The position works closely with all departments to ensure systems reliability, operational efficiency, data integrity, and continuous process improvement.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesERP Systems Administration – SytelineSupport and troubleshoot all issues related to Syteline 10 Coordinate and manage Syteline upgrades, patches, and system maintenance Maintain and improve S10 CPQ (Configurator) functionality Configure and support work centers, workflows, work instructions, and allocation SRDPerform database cleanup, code maintenance, and system optimization Manage transfer orders, pricing updates, and cost increase implementations Maintain ERP security roles, user permissions, and group access Support custom reporting, integration, and process improvements within ERP systems Business Systems & ApplicationsSupport and maintain: Power BI, EDI systems, Laserfiche, Sureship, Excel add-ons and integrationsAssist with SureShip implementation and ongoing support Design and maintain custom labels using NiceLabel preferred. Manage software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and approve invoicesRecommend and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Infrastructure & Technical SupportSupport production floor technology including Production tablets & hand held devices, printers, scanners, and related hardwareProvide office IT support including Windows operating systems, Desktop and Laptop hardware, and Peripheral devices Maintain server room equipment and environmental monitoring Internet connectivity, and network infrastructure Maintain backup and restore procedures Perform database administration and maintenance Support phone systems, phone servers, and communication equipment Maintain conference room technology and audiovisual systems Support and maintain security camera systems IT Administration & SecurityPurchase and coordinate IT equipment and technology resources Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets Administer user accounts, access rights, and security permissions Assist with IT security initiatives, cybersecurity awareness, and employee training Ensure data security, backup integrity, and compliance with company policies Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline operational and business processes Develop and document IT procedures, workflows, and best practices Support cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and system utilization QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems and IT infrastructure preferred Experience with Infor Syteline ERP strongly preferred Working knowledge of: SQL databases, Windows operating systems, Networking and firewall management, Backup and disaster recovery procedures, Power BI, and reporting toolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred SkillsExperience in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of EDI transactions and integrations Experience with thermal transfer and ink jet printersFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades Work EnvironmentThis position operates in both office and manufacturing environments and may require occasional after-hours support for system maintenance, upgrades, or emergency issues.What We OfferWe offer more than just a job — we offer a long-term career opportunity with a company that values growth, innovation, and teamwork.
