JOB SUMMARY & REQUIREMENTS
The FOREMAN will lead and manage our craft team members across multiple projects, combining hands-on work with effective team leadership to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role includes planning, executing, and overseeing project components, ensuring smooth coordination of crew size, schedules, materials, equipment, meetings, and safety protocols. In addition to guiding the team, the Foreman will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members, as well as handling assignments, scheduling, and performance management. This is a key role that involves mentoring, coaching, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements:
You must also meet the following requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of carpentry or field experience, commercial preferred
Demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Products
Competent in OSHA job site safety requirements
Reads and understands plans, specifications, shop drawings and coordination drawings

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
This team member will report to the Project Executive and work closely with Superintendents within Elder.
