Tabflows is designed to be easy to install and accessible, including a free-forever option for direct primary care practices.Role Description The Creative Director at Tabflows is a full-time, hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some work from home. This role leads the overall creative vision for the brand, guiding visual identity and messaging across product, marketing, and customer-facing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing creative concepts, overseeing design and art direction, and ensuring consistent branding across digital and print touchpoints. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to translate complex workflows and AI-driven features into clear, engaging experiences and stories. This role also includes managing creative processes, providing feedback and mentorship to designers, and maintaining high standards for design quality and innovation.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy, with experience leading end-to-end campaigns or product-focused creative initiatives.Strong skills in Branding and Art Direction, including developing and maintaining a cohesive visual identity across multiple channels.Proficiency in Graphic Design, with hands-on ability to create high-quality assets and guide design systems.Experience collaborating with product and marketing teams in tech or healthcare-related environments is highly beneficial.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, present creative concepts to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback effectively.Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience managing or mentoring creative professionals and contributing to inclusive, collaborative team culture.
