Senior Project Manager – Water/WastewaterEastern TennesseeI’m currently working with a nationally recognized engineering consulting firm that is continuing to grow their water/wastewater team and is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Project Manager.This role is focused on leading and delivering complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, primarily for municipal clients. The position involves full ownership of projects from early planning and scoping through design, delivery, and closeout. You’ll be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and multidisciplinary teams, while acting as the main point of contact for the client and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.The role is not just project delivery focused. They’re looking for someone who can also support client relationships, contribute to proposals and pursuits, and help identify new opportunities with existing clients. You’ll work closely with leadership on win strategies and help position the team for continued growth in the region.Internally, this person will play a leadership role within the team mentoring junior engineers and project managers, supporting project planning, helping resolve project challenges, and contributing to the overall direction of the water practice.If this sounds like something of interest to you then apply now!
