Role: Workday Functional LeadLocation: Madison, WI (Hybrid Mode)Summary:This position is responsible for leading the HR functional Lead - Time, Absence, Payroll, HCMResponsibilities:• Plan and lead building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and migration to Production.o Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system• Oversee and execute system testing• Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure appropriate configuration• Understand unique business requirements and translate into system configuration• Appropriately escalate risksExperience Requirements:• 7 years of experience in Workday Configuration• HCM systems experience and the technical aptitude and capability to configure the product to meet the business requirements• Ability to meet deadlines
