Director, Business Development (Financial Services)
We are seeking a results-driven Director, Business Development to drive net new logo acquisition in the financial services industry across North America. This is a pure new revenue role focused exclusively on generating new business and expanding EPAM's footprint with new clients. Req.#996262382 Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and close net new business opportunities within the financial services sector, meeting or exceeding revenue targets Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to win new logos, leveraging EPAM's digital, cloud, data, and engineering capabilities Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using industry knowledge, personal networks, and market research Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, proposal development, and contract negotiation Collaborate with EPAM's delivery, technology, and alliance teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure successful deal closure Stay abreast of industry trends and client challenges to position EPAM as a strategic partner for IT modernization and digital transformation Represent EPAM at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads Requirements Strong fluency in Financial Services, including: Capital Markets, Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, Fintech, etc. Proven track record of acquiring net new logos and exceeding sales quotas in the financial services industry Deep understanding of financial services trends and technology/partner solutions (Ai, Cloud, Digital, Big Data, Analytics, Core Engineering, Legacy Modernization, etc.) Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with an established network in financial services Experience leading complex, multi-discipline technology services deals for large enterprise clients Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Flexibility for hybrid work and travel as needed
