Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Preschool to lead and elevate our early childhood education program. Duties
Lead the overall management of the preschool, including daily operations, staff supervision, and program development
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational offerings, enrollment growth, and community engagement
Manage budgeting processes, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability of the program
Recruit, train, evaluate, and support teaching staff to maintain a motivated and professional team
Oversee curriculum design to ensure it aligns with best practices in early childhood education and meets licensing standards
Foster strong relationships with families by providing excellent communication, support, and community involvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and licensing standards
Skills
Proven expertise in strategic planning to set long-term goals for preschool growth and quality improvement
Strong management skills with experience leading diverse teams in an educational setting
Extensive knowledge of education administration principles and best practices in early childhood development
Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate staff, build collaborative teams, and drive positive change
Experience working within university or higher education environments is a plus
Background in teaching or classroom management to understand pedagogical needs and curriculum implementation
Excellent organizational skills to handle budgeting, compliance documentation, and program evaluation
