Requisition ID 2026-2232 # of Openings 1 Category (Portal Searching) Investment Management Role OverviewWalton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as an Associate, Reporting Platforms. The ideal teammate demonstrates knowledge of investment operations, control processes, performance reporting, good communication skills, and the ability to reconcile investment data.About the PositionYou will be part of the team that is responsible for the accurate calculation, validation, and reporting of investment performance and attribution for client accounts and firm composites. This is a role focused on recurring and ad-hoc reporting, client queries, and operational execution.What you will doYou will coordinate the production of client-ready performance reports, reconcile data feeds and cash flows, and support client transitions, as well as test and implement system improvements.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver periodic client and internal performance reports.Respond to client queries and ad-hoc analytics requests.Conceptualize, design, and develop new reports and analyses.Investigate and resolve performance breaks and data quality issues.Work with cross-functional teams and third parties to reconcile and validate data integrity.Document standard operating procedures, assumptions, and calculation methodologies.Support system configuration and deployment of reporting changes.Train firm-wide associates to use the reporting platform.Who we are looking forSkills neededFamiliarity with industry-standard performance platforms and the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).Experience with Addepar performance reporting platform and ideally understanding of ADM and Navigator tools.Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet agreed-upon deadlines.Strong attention to detail and a troubleshooting mindset.Good client-facing communication and report-writing stills.Experience with databases, scripting languages, and automation tools.Qualifications required for your successBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.2 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment performance, analytics, or operations.Solid understanding of performance concepts, calculation methods, and benchmarks.Additional Desired Experience IncludesProgress toward CFA/CIPM.Exposure to public- and private-market valuations methods.Experience with data-visualization and database management tools.Personal attributes that support your successDemonstrates discretion, integrity, and expertise while serving as a trusted advisor to principals and colleagues.Collaborates respectfully and effectively with others, contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.Approaches challenges with curiosity, bold thinking, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.Maintains a strong focus on results, consistently exercising sound judgment and decision-making.Brings a visionary mindset, planning strategically for the future with imagination and insight.Committed to excellence and actively engages with others to accomplish shared goals.All offers of employment are contingent on your successful completion (where permitted by state law) of a confidentiality agreement and background check.
