**No C2C submissions**OT Network AdministratorThe OT Network Administrator is responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Operational Technology (OT) network infrastructure within a large manufacturing environment. This role ensures the availability, security, and reliability of critical OT systems that support industrial control systems, process automation, and production operations.You will work closely with Process Control Engineers, PLC engineers, digital systems teams, and IT to support plant-wide control systems, data historians, and process computing applications. This position plays a key role in OT/IT integration, cybersecurity, and minimizing operational downtime in a safety‑critical environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, maintain, and optimize OT network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, and industrial networks).Configure and manage OT network devices to support control systems and plant operations.Design and maintain network segmentation to protect critical OT systems.Troubleshoot network performance issues, outages, and hardware failures impacting production.Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes for OT networks.Apply cybersecurity best practices including patching, access control, monitoring, and incident response.Collaborate closely with IT teams on OT/IT integration, cybersecurity alignment, and shared incident response.Provide on-call and real-time support during critical operational events.Maintain accurate network documentation and support regulatory and safety compliance efforts.Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for network performance and security.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, plus 5+ years of experience supporting OT or industrial networks.Experience with industrial control environments (DCS, SCADA, PLCs), preferably in manufacturing.Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies; CCNA preferred.Knowledge of industrial network protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, OPC, Industrial Ethernet).Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and virtualized OT environments.Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards such as ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST 800‑82.Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
