Responsibilities: Handle medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution, including client interviews, legal research, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings.Work closely with clients, healthcare providers, and expert witnesses to develop case strategies.Conduct case assessments and provide clients with clear guidance and representation.Engage in settlement negotiations, mediation, and arbitration where applicable.Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases and trial preparation.Job Details Qualifications: Must be an active member of the California Bar.At least 2 years of experience in medical malpractice or related defense litigation.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Interested in hearing more?
