Document Control CoordinatorThe Document Control Coordinator is responsible for receiving incoming documentation from customers and suppliers, submitting, maintaining and retaining documentation requiring current revisions to responsible parties. Review and approve supplier certificates of conformity to support request for shipping release. This position assures coordination between departments in order to ensure that all customer documents are kept in the correct locations physically and electronically.Responsibilities include filing all incoming documents from vendors and distributing in a timely manner, keeping track of all due dates of documents due back to vendors, preparing and sending Document Transmittals to customers for new and revised drawings, manuals, and other documents, notifying project managers about released drawings that need to be sent to the customer, completing Drawings and Parts List portion of the OMM by gathering needed drawings and LMs. Assembling VDB and OMM and sending to the customer via shared site and hard copy, releasing and distributing internal documentations, assigning and maintaining Engineering Part numbers, support for vendor qualifications, creating new accounts, contacts and opportunities, creating reports as necessary, ensuring clean data no duplication of accounts, contacts etc., updating product pricing, and general administrative support.Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years' experience in document management in the industries field, excellent computer skills and proficiency of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. MS Access, ability to read and interpret technical procedures and can understand drawings and specification, and excellent attention to detail is critical.Work Environmental and Physical Demands include standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping or kneeling, talking and hearing, and using fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls. Overtime may be necessary as the workload dictates. This may include weekdays, weekends, nights and/or holidays. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. may be required. Job will generally be performed in an office environment, but may require travel to a Client's office, production facility or industrial/construction job site. Conditions will vary at each location, but the conditions listed above will generally apply.Other Duties include new employee safety training, all safety related training provided and tracked by EHS, job specific training modules deemed necessary by employee's direct supervisor, wearing Nikkiso provided PPE as/when needed, and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.Salary Range: $20/HR - $27/HREEOC StatementEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
