A license is not required, but strong optical knowledge and proven sales experience are essential. The right candidate will excel in guiding patients through lens and frame selections, providing luxury-level service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients/customers in a professional, boutique setting Provide expert product knowledge and tailored frame/lens recommendations Accurately take measurements and assist with eyewear fittings and adjustments Conduct sales transactions using our POS system Maintain an organized, visually appealing optical space Meet or exceed sales goals consistently Build and maintain lasting patient relationships Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism Stay current on eyewear trends, promotions, and product lines Requirements Prior experience as an optician or optical sales associate (license not required) Strong track record in sales and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment Comfortable using POS systems and basic math for transactions Why Join Us We offer competitive pay, commission opportunities, and the chance to grow with a modern, high-end optometry practice.
