This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, customer-focused setting. *Responsibilities* * Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area * Assist servers with food running and delivering orders efficiently using POS system/Toast * Support in food preparation and handling tasks to ensure food safety standards are met * Buss tables by removing dishes, glassware, and trash, ensuring a tidy environment for guests * Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly * Handle heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, tables, or equipment following proper lifting practices * Provide exceptional in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly *Requirements* * Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential * Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices * Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food handling procedures * Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests * Experience with POS systems such as Toast is a plus * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us as a Server Assistant and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
