They operate across multiple growth channels and are now focused on building a predictable, high-performing outbound engine to support their next stage of growth.They’re looking for an Outbound Growth Lead to build and own their outbound engine from the ground up. This role is key to generating qualified pipeline, optimizing multi-channel outreach, and creating scalable systems that drive consistent growth.What You’ll DoBuild and own the outbound strategy, execution, and optimization across channelsExecute multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, events, and reactivation campaignsGenerate qualified pipeline and book meetings for the founder/closerDevelop outbound systems and workflows using tools like Apollo, Clay, and AI platformsTrack performance metrics and continuously test and optimize messaging and channelsWhat You BringProven experience building outbound systems from scratchStrong understanding of multi-channel outbound strategiesExcellent written communication skills focused on conversionAbility to work autonomously and take full ownership of resultsAnalytical mindset with experience testing and optimizing outbound performanceOpportunityThis is an opportunity to build and own a company’s outbound growth engine within an AI-native organization.
