Production Operator

Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production equipment used for mixing, baking, portioning, grinding, and packaging; Learn and perform all steps of the production process including ingredient mixing, line-specific tasks, and final packaging; Measure and weigh products accurately and pack them into pre-lined boxes and ensure correct labels; Complete production paperwork accurately and on time (batch records, quality checks); Perform hourly metal detector checks and record results
