We're looking for a Bay Area-based office manager/executive assistant and operations generalist to help make that office — and the people working in it — run smoothly.The Role:We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior executives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the center of operations, anticipating needs, and ensuring leaders can focus on the highest-impact work.The right person is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
