In this strategic leadership role, you will be the operational and financial backbone of a regional business unit, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and workforce excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity for a motivated professional ready to make a meaningful difference in the energy infrastructure sector.What You'll DoFinancial & Business OperationsOversee all business unit financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting to ensure targets are met or exceededAnalyze financial performance data and present actionable insights to senior leadership on a regular basisMonitor project margins, overhead, and labor utilization to identify opportunities for improvementManage accounts receivable, billing processes, and coordinate with corporate finance on cash flow and reportingOperational LeadershipPartner with Project Managers and field superintendents to ensure projects are executed on schedule, on budget, and in compliance with safety standardsDevelop and implement operational policies, workflows, and best practices that improve efficiency across the business unitServe as the primary point of contact for escalated operational issues, facilitating resolution with internal teams and external stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement initiatives and lead adoption of new tools, technologies, and processesPeople & CultureLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of administrative, operational, and support personnelCollaborate with HR on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiativesChampion PAR's culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the business unitStrategic GrowthSupport business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and client-facing materialsIdentify and evaluate strategic opportunities including new markets, partnerships, and service expansionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to reinforce PAR's reputation and competitive positionWhat You'll BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field; MBA preferred7+ years of progressive experience in business management, operations, or a similar leadership roleBackground in electrical construction, utility contracting, or the energy sector is highly desirableDemonstrated track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering financial resultsSkills & CompetenciesExceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysisStrong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teamsExcellent communication skills — capable of presenting complex information clearly to executive, operational, and client audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP, project management, or financial systems a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environmentHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to PAR's values of Safety, Quality, and ExcellenceWhat You'll Get Benefits PAR Offers a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including 100% employer-paid health care benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for you and your dependents 100% employer-paid basic life insurance 100% employer-paid disability benefits 401(k) retirement plan with matching contribution Paid Time Off (sick and vacation) Paid Holidays Tuition Assistance Wellness and Mental Health Programs Learning and Development Programs PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC does not sponsor applicants for work visas.
