Interact in a professional manner with onsite customer personnel and the local *** team.Requested Skills:Background in Hardware Server and /or Storage repairs, Data center experience as plusExcellent communication skills.Positive Attitude and mechanical aptitude to assist in troubleshooting complex.Specific Server and Storage training will be providedLearn and retain proprietary processes.
