Ultrasound Tech Location: Lynchburg, VA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,308 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/29/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cardiovascular Sonographer Profession: Ultrasound Technologist Specialty: Echocardiography Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Day Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Experience: 2 years in a similar setting License: BLS Certifications: Ultrasound Certification (Equivalency), BLS Must-Have: Echo skills, experience with GE Equipment, EKG experience is a plus Description: New position requested. The candidate must have prior travel experience for this position. The traveler will be rotated between multiple locations. If unable to perform echo-vascular duties, vascular only will be accepted. Schedule includes Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends and holidays. Weekend call will be required roughly every fifth weekend. Weeknight call may be necessary as needed. PRN adult echo call will be included with the weekend responsibility. Travel distance between locations is approximately 1 mile. Assignments will conclude on Saturdays. Local travelers are not accepted. Candidates must possess echo skills. Experience with GE equipment is preferred. Certification from ARDMS and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is required. The client can cancel up to 24 hours before an assignment.
