Join us, where we’ll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:We are seeking a Training Specialist with experience supporting the Department of Defense to design, develop, and deliver training programs for an SAP ERP environment. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials and conducting training sessions across functional areas such as Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.Job ResponsibilitiesConduct the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develop and revise courses and prepare appropriate training catalogs. Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. Prepare reports and monitor training tasks in support of the goals of the Contractor Program Manager and the government sponsor(s) using standard training standards and software and hardware programs such as modeling and simulation and prototyping efforts. Provide input to the Project Lead and the Contractor Program Manager on which decisions for training validation and modifications of specified items or systems can be corrected. Work with clients to ensure training materials satisfy the objectives as defined in the training requirementsWork in multi-disciplined teams to define and design processes and procedures for the training solution in SAP and related application systemsPrepare progress reports for internal leadership and for client and monitor project progressMitigate risks, address issues, interface with clients, and keep the leadership informed on project statusDevelop basis of estimates and program schedule for multiple training alternatives as neededSupport white papers, root cause analysis, other solution related documentation as neededProvide support to the management and perform duties as assignRequired QualificationsMust be a U.S. Citizen (no dual status)Active DoD Secret security clearance (or higher)Preference given to candidates with current or recent DoD experience1-3 years relevant experience as a training specialist in ERP environment2 years focused specifically on SAP environment1 year SAP training experience in FI, CO, FM or Supply Management. Experience in agile development implementation process, preferably SAFe and/or DevSecOps. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
