Adjunct Early Childhood Education Instructor
Job DescriptionThe person selected will be expected to organize and teach all levels of lecture and laboratory Early Childhood Education classes; prepare complete course syllabi and outlines; actively participate with the ECE Advisory Committee and child development agencies; facilitate student learning by working to develop every student's abilities and by designing varied and motivational learning environments, which may include Distance Learning; participate in department, division, and college-wide initiatives and committees; be committed to, and participate in the shared-governance process.Required QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must possess the minimum qualifications stated below:Master's Degree in child development, early childhood education, human development, home economics/family and consumer studies with a specialization in child development/early childhood education, or educational psychology with a specialization in child development/early childhood educationORBachelor's in any of the aboveANDMaster's in social work, educational supervision, elementary education, special education, psychology, bilingual/bicultural education, life management/home economics, family life studies, or family and consumer studiesORthe equivalent
